Cooking today!

No crafting...although we did go to the flea market and I found this fantastic fan. Ground beef was $1.99 a pound at the market so yes, I bought 30 lbs. In these big gross rolls. However, I brought them home and cooked like a fiend...they miraculously became 6 spaghetti dinners, 7 taco meat dinners, 3 hamburger soup bases and 5 lbs of raw meat frozen by the pound. I'll take this moment to pay homage to my cuisinart multi cooker from Williams Sonoma. Love it. No real need for recipes here... I just cooked the beef and threw in a bunch of stuff (tomato sauce, paste, petite diced, beef broth, dry red wine, whatever) plus fresh garlic and herbs from the garden. I'll be happy I did this on those hot summer days I don't want to cook!
